Submissions

SPHER does not wish to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through the Site. Any information submitted to SPHER through the Site shall be deemed not to be confidential or proprietary. By submitting information to SPHER via the Site, you represent that you have the lawful right to submit the information and you grant SPHER an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit, distribute, publish and exploit the information, and you hereby waive any claims against SPHER for any alleged or actual infringements of any rights of privacy or publicity, moral rights, or rights of attribution in connection with SPHER’s use and publication of the information.

Copyright Claims for User-Submitted Content

SPHER does not and cannot review submissions posted to the Site and is not responsible for submitted information. If you believe that your intellectual property right (or such a right that you are responsible for enforcing) is infringed by any content on the Site, please write to SPHER at the address shown below, giving a written statement that contains:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work and/or intellectual property right claimed to have been infringed;

Not Intended for Persons under 13

Governing Law; Jurisdiction

SPHER Inc. maintains the Site in the State of California, USA. You agree that these Terms and any legal action or proceeding related to the Site shall be governed by the laws of California without reference to its choice of law rules or the principles of conflicts of laws thereof, and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the County of Los Angeles, California, USA for any action arising hereunder or relating hereto or to the Site.
